Deanna D. Boll

Deanna primarily focuses her practice on corporate restructuring. She represents corporate debtors, creditors, equity holders, officers and directors, and creditors’ committees in a variety of different restructuring matters including out-of-court restructurings, prepackaged and prearranged chapter 11 cases and traditional chapter 11 cases. Representative clients involve broad-ranging industries such as manufacturing, power & gas, transportation, telecommunication, retail, among others.
